TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and the Single Option™. By using the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web sites, and by joining its mailing list(s) or participating in The Single Option's events, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not use the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web site, join its mailings list(s) nor participate in The Single Option events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by The Single Option. It is recommended that you check the updates to be aware of such changes if and when they occur.

As part of your registration, you must confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Use and follow the instructions for Registration. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web sites and participation in all The Single Option's events.

You must be at least twenty one years old to register for The Single Option events and use this web site. Participation in The Single Option's events and use of this web site is void where prohibited. You must be at least eighteen to receive information on dating through this web site or emailing list.
By using this web site and/or participating in The Single Option's events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any of The Single Option's events. You may terminate your participation at a spin dating event by sending a written notice at least 10 full days before the event. In such case only your spin dating event fee, less $10, is refundable. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the date of the event you booked, there is no refund but you can be re-booked for a different date, as long as your cancellation was made at least three full days before the date of the event you booked. There is no refund or exchange for cancellations made less than three full days prior to the event date or for non-shows. Your one time registration fee is non-refundable, and you can continue using it for future spin dating events when scheduled. In the case where an event is being rescheduled for another date, your booking will be transferred to the new date without extra charges. If you cannot make it for the new date your payment will be refunded. The Single Option may terminate your access to the web site and your participation in any of The Single Option's events if you have breached the Agreement, by notifying you at the email address you have provided. If your rights are so terminated you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to The Single Option.

Through your registration, you acknowledge all the information you provide to The Single Option and or to CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com is true and accurate.

The Single Option makes no representation to users of the web site or to participants of events that its efforts or services will result in any "matches" as defined within The Single Option program or web site text nor will they result in any future meeting or date with other The Single Option's event participants. All participants in The Single Option events understand and acknowledge that The Single Option provides a fun and exciting method of meeting new people. The Single Option does not guarantee that any participant will successfully be matched with any other participant. Additionally, The Single Option does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful. The Single Option holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between yourself and another individual that you meet as a result of The Single Option's event or through CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com.

If you choose to register for an event you affirm that you are single and available and not otherwise attached. However, The Single Option does not scrutinize or otherwise checks the validity of, or backgrounds of, any event participant including marital status. You affirm that it is your full, complete and sole responsibility to perform these actions, if desired, to your satisfaction.

The Single Option has not conducted any research on the backgrounds of any of the participants in The Single Option's events or visitors to this web site, and you agree to release The Single Option from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a The Single Option's event or through this web site. We strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take when meeting any new person outside The Single Option's events, in order to assure your safety. You also understand and acknowledge that The Single Option's events are held at venues of which The Single Option does not have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at The Single Option's event, you agree to release The Single Option from any liability with respect thereto. Each participant at The Single Option event irrevocably releases The Single Option, its principals, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her attendance and/or participation in any of The Single Option events and the exploitation of photographs and/or audio/video recordings in any manner or format.

The Single Option reserves the right to reject anyone's registration to any of The Single Option's events for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund the user's registration fee in full and prevent the user from participating in any of The Single Option events.
